Location Their most popular apartments are those located in the Aquarium building above their own offices in Calle Juan Fuster Zaragoza in Benidorm. Situated in the heart of the Rincon, they are only a couple of hundred yards back from the beach and close to numerous entertainment hot spots and literally hundreds of shops and bars. Just down the road is the outdoor market where two days a week you can barter till your hearts content and the building has its own pool and overlooks the Pelicanos hotel pool next door – the backdrop for the popular Benidorm comedy series currently being filmed in resort – so you can get a first class view of the cast and crew while you’re sunning yourself! Accomodation Nuevohogar’s 99 apartments are spread over 22 floors are divided into two categories; studios, which consist of an open plan living area with sofa bed, kitchenette and a separate bathroom and one bedroomed apartments, which have the addition of a completely separate twin bedded bedroom. The latter is just perfect for family holidays because it allows you to put the kids to bed and enjoy some grown up time in the living area – something often impossible in a hotel. And since all of the apartments come with good sized balconies, and sea views from the 8th floor up you can even enjoy a romantic meal al fresco and watch the sun go down! All of the apartments come fully equipped with plenty of kitchen storage, fridge, hob, microwave or oven, crockery and utensils. The bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe which houses a safety deposit box and there is the optional extra of English TV. Services With the Nuevhogar offices located on the ground floor of the building, its like having your holiday rep on hand all day to help you with any number of queries like car hire, excursion bookings or theme park tickets or just general holiday advice. The office is open Monday – Friday 9.30am – 7.30pm and 9am – 2pm on Saturdays. How Much? Suprisingly, an apartment in such a great location costs less than you’d imagine. A one bedroomed apartment costs just 27€ per night – and remember it sleeps four so that’s less than 8€ per person per night and the studios cost even less!
